SD-02 · How the pilot actually works

CONCIERGE MODEL · 2026

The honest version

The first packets are concierge, not software. While the product is built, every packet is produced with dual human review — one person assembles it, a second checks it against the utility's published requirements. You always do the final review before anything is filed; nothing goes to a utility without your sign-off.

Each packet also teaches the system. We're encoding your utilities' requirements as we go, so the software launches already fluent in the territories you file in.

SD-04 · Design-partner FAQ

REV 2026-08-12
Is this live?

No — we're in validation. The product is in development, and first packets get dual human review while the MVP is built.

When can I actually file with it?

Right away, in pilot form: your filings start concierge-style with dual human review while the software is built. The self-serve product targets the first half of 2027 — a target, not a commitment.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot: your first 5 filings are free. If you stay after that, you get 40% off list pricing for 6 months, locked in writing.

Which utilities?

The first wave is PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, APS, SRP, TEP, NV Energy, Xcel, Duke, FPL, National Grid, Eversource, and Con Edison. Partners' filing mix decides the encoding order.

What happens to my info?

It's used only to evaluate pilot fit. No lists, no resale.
