PR-01 · What we collect
REV 2026-08-19There is no product yet, and no accounts. The site collects information in exactly three ways:
- The design-partner application. What you type — name, company, email, the territories you file in, your monthly filing volume, and any notes — is emailed to our inbox. That's the entire pipeline: one form, one email, one inbox.
- Emails you send us. Including "request this utility" messages from the wiki. They sit in a normal mailbox like any other email.
- Aggregate page analytics. Cookieless traffic measurement: page views and a few interaction counts (such as which utilities get requested). It does not use cookies, does not identify you, does not follow you across sites, and does not build a profile — which is why this site has no cookie banner.
During the private preview, one functional cookie exists: it remembers that you entered the access password, so you aren't asked on every page. It identifies nothing about you and disappears when it expires.
PR-02 · What we do with it
REV 2026-08-19- Application details are used only to evaluate pilot fit and reply to you.
- No mailing lists you didn't ask for. No resale. No sharing — with two unavoidable exceptions: the infrastructure that moves the data (our website host and our email provider), which processes it to deliver it, and any disclosure the law compels.
- If you ask us to delete what you've sent, we delete it. Email the address below.
PR-03 · What changes at launch
PLANNEDWhen the product launches and handles real project data, a full formal privacy policy will replace this page before anything goes live. Until then, this page is the complete and honest picture.
