Filled application forms, the required-attachments checklist for that utility, and a single-line-diagram template come out the other side.
3 · Track to approval
Deficiency notices get logged the moment they arrive and worked until the open count reads zero.

- Direct portal-submission APIs — we prepare the packet; you make the actual submission
- Utility-scale and FERC queue work — we stay at the distribution level
- Residential permitting — AHJ permits are a different problem; we work the utility side
- Engineering stamps — we partner with licensed engineers and never perform engineering ourselves
